President- Directs and leads the board and overall activities of PALL. Presides at meetings, represents PALL at District meetings, responsible for leagues overall operation and sees to it that all league personnel are aware of all rules, regulations and policy of Little League.  This position is the contact between Little League International and the local organization. 

Vice President – Erec DeVost [email protected]

Vice President – Assists the president and fills in for president as needed. Responsible for supervising Intermediate (50/70), juniors and senior divisions.

UIC- Kurtis Reed [email protected]

Umpire-in-chief – Oversees all umpires, includes recruitment and training of adult and youth umpires, manages the umpire schedule for all games and playoffs. Receives feedback on conduct and quality of umpires and addresses as appropriate. 

Player Agent – Jerrad Bullock [email protected]

Player Agent – Deals with player related issues/needs and eligibility, oversees player registration and tryouts and supervises the transfer of any players between levels of play. 

Secretary/Information Officer – Megan Murphy [email protected] 

Secretary/Information officer – keeps records of meetings, maintains member lists, handles meeting notices and online presence for the league. 

Treasurer- Landon Lochrie [email protected]

Treasurer – Manages the leagues finances, sits on the Finance committee, provides financial updates to the board and President for District updates as required. 

Safety Officer – Brandon Deering [email protected]

Safety Officer – Oversees safety protocols and procedures for the league. Receives any notices of player injuries and works with the President to ensure players safe to return to play in instances where a player had to miss due to an injury.   The Coaching coordinator ensures all coaches have certifications/safety training required and safety equipment is updated and at the field.  Prepares ASAP plan to be submitted to Little League international each year.

Coaches Coordinator- Manages selection process for managers/coaches, ensures coaches are properly trained.  Responsible for keeping record of all game scores across all divisions. 

Sponsorship Coordinator – Vin Morris [email protected]

Sponsorship – Manages sponsor relationships, including allocation of new sponsorships, signs for fields and any sponsorship advertising as required.

Field Coordinator – In charge of field maintenance, coordinating field use and managing field related supplies and equipment.

Fundraising Manager – Leads fundraising efforts for leagues, including food trucks, dine and donates, swag sales and helps with large events like Hit-a-Thon.

Facilities Coordinator- Ensures fields and buildings are fully functional with appropriate equipment, and works closely with Field coordinator.  In charge of storage units and keeps records of all supplies/equipment in them. Works with the President on any deferred maintenance needed to be completed.

DON Coordinator – Schedules DON (Director of Night)shifts throughout the season, including training of the DONs, ensuring DONs have the equipment/keys they need.
