2023 Registration Information

All registration will be done online for the 2023 Season.

Use the document uploading feature built into our registration system to UPLOAD REQUIRED documents:
    
 Birth Certificate (new players) &
school enrollment form (upload a copy, keep the original) or  
3 address verification documents 

Once your documents have been uploaded, they will be reviewed, and you will only be contacted if there is an issue.
 
 SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM-Elementary & Junior High Forms ONLY.
**YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD AND KEEP THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT 
(if asked by the player agent, you must give the 
original form to them)** 

We need ALL possible managers and coaches to register as volunteers online for every age group you might want to help with.

Registration Fees

Registration Fees:

Tee Ball - 4/5 Year Olds - $110 (no Early Bird Discount)

Single A - 5/6 Year Olds - $195 ($230 after 1/1/2023)
AA, AAA & Majors - by Draft - 7-12 Year Olds - $250 ($285 after 1/1/2023)
50/70 & JR/SR - $185 ($220 after 1/1/2023)

Family Discounts:

2nd Child Discount - $25    |    3rd Child Discount - $35

Payment plans are now available. 
 
For Early Bird Registration, registration fees are split into 2 Payments**. The first payment is due at the time of registration and the 2nd payment is due on 12/31/22.  

For Regular Registration, registration fees are split into 2 Payments**. The first payment is due at the time of registration and the 2nd payment is due on 1/21/23.  

**These payments will be automatically charged to the card you used during registration.

You will be able to complete the registration process all online, therefore, you will not need to attend the in-person registration day. 

In Person Registration
Saturday, January 7, 2023 & Saturday, January 21, 2023 (Times TBD)
Where: Lucchesi Park Soccer Turf Field (250 Maria Drive, Petaluma, CA 94954)

You will be asked to register through our website, but you can pay with cash, check, or Venmo.
Access to the registration link on the Petaluma American Little League Website will be provided to you. 

What do I need to register?

All Players will need the following to register:

(1) Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
 Medical Release Form
Media Release Form
(3) Proofs of residency with (1) from each Group or a School Enrollment Form

BIRTH CERTIFICATE (REQUIRED)

NEW PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT AND UPLOAD THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE DURING REGISTRATION.

Please take a PICTURE of your entire birth certificate to upload.
No partials or blurry birth certificates will be accepted.

Confirm your child's little league age here: Little League Age.

 Little League International recommends that parents complete the school enrollment form in lieu of uploading the 3 residency documents.
You must still upload your school enrollment form online.


Please upload the completed form and submit it via the registration process. 
**If you complete a school enrollment form, you do not have to upload the other 3 residency documents**

School attendance shall be established and supported by a document indicating enrollment for the current academic year, dated prior to October 1, 2022, and with the physical location of the school within the Petaluma American Little League Boundaries.

A school issued report card or performance record is NOT accepted to establish school attendance. 

  **YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD AND KEEP THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT (if asked by the player agent, you must give the original form to them) **

WHAT 3 RESIDENCY FORMS DO I UPLOAD DURING REGISTRATION?



NOTE 1:
  Three documents from the same Group (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.

NOTE 2: Certain documents may be used in different Groups, but will count for only one Group per child. Example – If a water/sewer bill is used to satisfy Group II as a municipal record, that same bill CANNOT be used as a utility bill to satisfy Group III.

NOTE 3: Documents must be in full. You may black out information. No pictures of envelopes will be accepted

**If you complete and upload a school enrollment form you DO NOT have to upload these documents**

Document Uploads

Document Upload (Recommended)
You can now upload your documents online! This is not mandatory and does not prevent you from registering your player online but we highly recommend you take advantage of this feature. You can still bring your Medical Release Form, 3 Proofs of Residency and Birth Certificate to the In-Person Registration Date.  You may upload the signed Medical Release form, but PALL must also receive the hard copy form before any player can participate in any Little League activities.

***IMPORTANT*** All documents MUST be uploaded in .pdf or a scanned image format. Please DO NOT upload photos of the forms. This ensures that the documents are readable and printable, as coaches must have copies of all forms for players to participate in any Little League activity.

If you choose to skip the document upload during the registration process, you can simply go back to your profile by logging in and clicking on My Account.  In "My Account", click on the edit button next to your Participant's name and scroll down to the Medical Release upload option. Once you attach the Medical Release you can scroll down to Add Participant Documents & Forms for the remaining documents.  This does not need to be done all at once.  You can upload your documents as you find them. 

***IMPORTANT*** 
Once you attach your documents, you MUST click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the screen or none of your documents will be saved into your profile!

PALL Assessments for ALL 7-12 Year-Olds

Time: TBD - By Age Groups. An email will be sent to PALL families

Practices
When: Beginning of February
Time: TBD by each Team Manager (Contact your team Manager for practice times and dates)

Games
Where: PALL Fields
When: Beginning the first Week of March 2023 (Tentative) 
Time: TBD (a schedule will be released to all teams mid to late February 2023).

Opening Day
Where: Major Field
When: Saturday, March 4, 2023 (Time TBD)
